Abstract
The intent of this proposal is to create a prototypical office building that promotes health and individual well-being. The architecture will focus on the needs and concerns of each worker in relation to their physical, emotional and spiritual health. Due to the fast-paced American lifestyle, individual health is suffering. The rates of obesity and depression in the United States are skyrocketing and architecture has an obligation to address this urgent issue in terms of design.
