The East Bay/RWU Information Collaborative is a project of the Institute for Public Policy at RWU. Twice a year, the IPP convenes the leaders of the nine East Bay communities at the East Bay Leadership Summit. From one of those summits came the request that the university serve as a depository for studies, white papers, reports, grant applications and other documents generated by the nine municipalities with the goals of sharing information about best practices and avoiding duplication of effort. This site is the result of that request.
