Description

This porcelain pitcher was made in England by Josiah Wedgewood and Sons for the 1886 commemoration of the 250th Anniversary of the founding of Providence. It was donated in May 2008 by Shawen Williams of Bristol, Rhode Island, who noted its original owner was George Washington Williams (1803-1886).
