Notice of the Public Auction of Black Farm held on June 28, 1994. Includes documentation detailing the main house and eight outbuildings. Also includes conditions which the property is subject to, additional covenants, site analysis, zoning and land use controls, description of improvements, a description of the lot or parcel from Rhode Island DEM, and the nomination form submitted to the National Register of Historic Places.
