Abstract
Erosion control is crucial for preserving coastlines and stream banks, protecting shoreline properties, and maintaining the ecological balance of vulnerable environments. Coastal areas are particularly susceptible to erosion caused by wave action, storms, and human activities. Erosion can lead to land loss, habitat destruction, and increased vulnerability to flooding. Effective erosion control measures help stabilize shorelines, prevent property damage, and safeguard coastal and inland infrastructure, while also preserving the natural beauty and recreational value of these areas.
